"Helpful dealer, but the checkout took a little while"
I stopped by this store because a friend of mine had recommended them, and overall I had a good experience. The dealer was helpful and answered my questions, which I appreciated. The only downside was that checkout moved a bit slower than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

"Color tools ended up being more hassle than help"
I was just trying to compare a few paint colors and make a careful choice before buying anything, but the site made that harder than it needed to be. It felt clunky on my end, pages were slow to load, and I kept getting bounced around while looking for basic info.
The color tools looked useful at first, but I didn’t feel confident relying on them. My saved colors were annoying to manage, and the room preview didn’t look quite right to me, so I’d rather double-check in person than risk picking the wrong paint based on that.

"Honestly, the paint holds up really well"
I have to give it credit where it’s due, this paint covered really nicely and has held up better than I expected. It went on evenly, and so far it still looks good after some time. For the price and the results, it feels fair to say it’s a solid choice.

"I was a little nervous ordering samples..."
I was a little nervous ordering samples online, but once they arrived I felt so relieved. The colors looked almost exactly like they did on the website, which made choosing way easier. There were a ton of options, so it took me a bit to narrow it down, but I finally found the perfect shade for our hallway. Really happy with how it turned out.

"I ordered some paint samples and a..."
I ordered some paint samples and a quart, and at first I was excited to finally get started on my project. Then the tracking took forever to show up, which was annoying but I figured, okay, maybe it’s just backed up. But then the box just sat in fulfillment for days, and that’s when I started getting really frustrated. When it finally arrived, one item was missing, so that was a letdown all over again. Customer service did respond, and I appreciated that, but even that was slow. i wanted to like the experience, but it ended up being disappointing...

"Super helpful customer service"
I had a small mix-up with my paint order, which was kind of ridiculous, but customer support sorted it out really fast. The person I spoke with was friendly and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle at all.

"Walls look nice now"
I used this paint in my living room and it went on smoothly, more or less. The finish looks clean without being super shiny or anything, which is what I wanted. The room feels a lot fresher now, and it seemed to dry fairly even overall. I’m happy with it.

"Coverage Wasn’t Really What I Expected"
I picked up Benjamin Moore paint because I figured it would cover my old wall color well, but it didn’t work out that way for Me. I ended up doing 3 coats and there were still a few spots that looked kinda uneven. The paint went on fine enough, so it wasn’t terrible to use, but the coverage just wasn’t Great, especially for the price. Maybe it’s better if you’re painting over a lighter color, but for my walls it was disappointing

"Not as easy to use as I hoped"
A friend recommended this paint to me, so I was expecting it to go on smoothly, but it was tougher to work with than I expected. In some areas it felt really thick, and in others it came out streaky even though I was using a decent roller. I kept having to go back over the same spots to even things out. For a simple weekend paint project, it ended up being more frustrating than I’d hoped.
